What is Perabera?

Perabera is a design studio and shop offering unique, custom design services and lovingly crafted stationery products! We focus on making beautiful things that brighten your day, whether it’s a custom design or a cute sticker.

Order Change / Cancellation

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing right away to get it to you as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot cancel or change orders once they are confirmed. Please double-check your information & your order details before completing the purchase. Changes to addresses may be possible depending on how soon you contact, but quantity adjustments & cancellations are not possible.

Processing Time

How long does it take to process my order?

PERABERA Plans is a made-to-order shop, so please allow 1-3 weeks for processing before your order ships. Each item is handmade with love, so I ask for a little patience as I craft your perfect order!

Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order’s journey! Please note that shipping times can vary based on your location. If you didn’t receive an email, please contact me for help at orders@perabera.com

Refunds & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Since all our items are custom-made and verified for quality before shipping, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order (like receiving the wrong item), please contact me within 7 days at orders@perabera.com, and we’ll sort it out together!

Damaged / Lost Orders

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is damaged in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for insurance. You can also get in touch with us at contact@perabera.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Please provide your tracking number and photos of the damage if possible. We cannot promise that packages will be replaced, this is why you must contact your postal service & us to come to a positive solution.

Gift Cards / Certificates

Do you offer gift cards?

We currently don’t offer gift cards, but we hope to in the future! Keep an eye out for updates or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about new launches! You can also find coupon codes on the PERABERA Plans social media pages located at the top & bottom of this site.

Worldwide Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! PERABERA Plans offers worldwide shipping to bring our designs to you no matter where you are! 🌍 Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please see our Shipping Policy for detailed shipping times and rates.

International Tracking / Customs Fees

Do you offer international tracking or customs fees?

We offer international shipping, but please note that customs fees and import duties may be applied by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. For tracking international orders, please check the tracking number we provide after shipment.

Custom Design

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! Custom work is one of our favorite things to do! Please reach out to us at contact@perabera.com with your design ideas, and we’ll help bring your vision to life. This option will only be available at specific times for PERABERA Plans & All custom designs will go through the process that my design contract work uses. There will be a contract and invoicing for these projects. They will not be purchased through the website itself.

Product Use Rules

Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?

Our designs are for personal use only unless you’ve purchased a commercial license. If you wish to use any of our designs for business or resale purposes, please contact us for information on how to obtain a license.
