⭐USA Shipping

• Processing Time: All items are made to order with love, so please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way!

• Shipping Options & Rates: May change due to Holidays

  • Untracked Shipping: $5 – Expect your package in 5-10 business days after being marked shipped.
  • Tracked Shipping: $8 – Get it faster in 3-7 business days after being marked shipped.

🌎Shipping Outside of the USA

Yes, we ship outside of the USA to a few other countries (hopefully to all some day), we can’t wait for you to experience Perabera, no matter where you are! Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees or delays caused by customs. Thank you for understanding!

• Processing Time: We’ll need 1-3 weeks to process your order, just like domestic orders.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping is  based on your location and will appear at checkout. International shipping starts at $14-$18 USD for tracked mail. In the rare case that the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than what was charged, I’ll reach out to see if you’d prefer to pay the difference or cancel the order. This almost never happens, but I wanted to be upfront just in case. If it’s only a couple dollars over, I’ll cover it myself. I’m only referring to major differences, as international shipping prices can fluctuate a lot lately. Thank you so much for understanding and supporting my small shop! 🤍

• Customs & Import Fees: Please note that customs duties or taxes may be charged by your country when your order arrives. These are outside of our control, and the buyer is responsible for paying them.

• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by location, but we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey across the globe!

⚠️International Shipping Info

We currently ship within the USA, Canada, and Australia. If you’re located elsewhere, feel free to reach out via the contact form 🤍 I’m happy to check shipping rates for your country.

Please note that shipping costs vary, and you will be responsible for any VAT, customs, or import fees charged once your package arrives in your country. I’m unable to provide details about those fees, so please research this on your end before placing an order.

📦 I’m required to send all orders as “merchandise” through customs, which means a customs form must be attached. This cannot be done with stamped or untracked mail (like a letter), and due to new international mailing restrictions, I must follow the correct procedures to protect my ability to ship as a business. ❗ If these rules are not followed, my shop’s ability to ship internationally could be suspended, and I truly want to avoid that. During holidays or busy seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We’ll keep you updated if we expect any delays!

🛑 Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each item is carefully handmade and quality-checked before shipping. If there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’ll always do our best to make it right.

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out to your local post office to begin the claims process. We’re also happy to help however we can on our end. 💌

A Few Important Things to Keep in Mind:

• Oops, I Made a Mistake with My Address!
  If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, let us know within 24 hours at orders@perabera.com, and we’ll fix it up for you. After that, we can’t make any changes, so double-check, okay?

• Lost or Damaged?
  If your package is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly (they usually have insurance for that). If you have any other issues, just email us at orders@perabera.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

• Customs Fees & Import Duties
  For our international customers: Some countries might charge customs fees or import duties when your order arrives. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check with your local customs office for more info.

Why Does Shipping Take So Long?

Since all of our products are made-to-order, we want to make sure each piece gets the attention it deserves. While this means we might need a bit more time to craft your order, we promise it’s worth the wait. And don’t worry, you’ll get a tracking number to keep up with its journey to you! 🚚💨
