Welcome to Perabera! We’re so excited to send our lovingly made creations your way! Here’s everything you need to know about our shop policies:
1. Order Processing Time
- All our products are made-to-order, so please allow 1-3 weeks for processing before shipping. We take time to ensure every item is crafted with care and quality.
- If we anticipate any delays (like during holidays or high-order periods), we’ll let you know!
2. Shipping Information
- USA Orders: We offer affordable shipping options for domestic orders. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey!
- International Orders: Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note, shipping times can vary by destination, and customs fees may apply for international orders. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these fees.
- Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If it’s incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours to update it. After that, we cannot change it.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- We want you to love everything you receive, so please double-check your order before purchasing.
- Since all our items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if something is wrong with your order (e.g., the wrong item), we’ll work with you to make it right! Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@perabera.com.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. Please also reach out to us with photos and your tracking number so we can assist you.
4. Custom Work
- We love working on custom designs! If you’d like something special made just for you, get in touch with us at contact@perabera.com with your idea, and we’ll work together to make it happen.
- Custom Orders are Final Sale: Since these items are created specifically for you, custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
5. Product Descriptions & Colors
- We do our best to display our products accurately, but please note that colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings. We cannot guarantee that the product you receive will look exactly like the one on your screen.
6. Privacy Policy
- We care about your privacy! Please take a moment to review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.
- We promise to never share your personal details or sell your data to anyone.
7. Order Cancellations
- Since we process orders quickly, we cannot cancel or change an order once it’s placed. Please be sure to double-check everything before completing your purchase!
