PERABERA Plans: Shop Policies

1. Order Processing Time

• All Perabera products are made-to-order, so please allow 1-3 weeks for processing before shipping. I take time to ensure every item is crafted with care and quality.
• If I anticipate any delays (like during holidays or high-order periods), I will update on my social accounts or email you directly if it’s an order issue!

2. Shipping Information

• USA Orders: We offer affordable shipping options for domestic orders. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey!
• International Orders: Yes, I ship worldwide! Please note, shipping times can vary by destination, and customs fees may apply for international orders. Unfortunately, I do not have control over these fees. If you live in a country that is not listed at checkout, please email me directly at care@perabera.com to get shipping estimates for you and to set up shipping so you can place your order. 
• Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If it’s incorrect, please contact me at orders@perabera.com within 24 hours to update it. After that, we cannot change it.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• I want you to love everything you receive, so please double-check your order before purchasing. Sometimes, little mistakes happen that are sometimes missed, like the sticker kiss-cut cutting too deep/not deep enough, or the vinyl smudging due to the high-quality paper. If this happens, please contact me directly at care@perabera.com with your order number & photos so I can assist you. Please contact me before publicly posting about issues. I am a small shop and I try my best to create the best products & hope that you will understand that sometimes mistakes happen. Bad feedback publicly online can really damage any small shop’s ability to grow. Thank you for understanding. 
• Since all my items are custom-made, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if something is wrong with your order (e.g., the wrong item), we’ll work with you to make it right! Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@perabera.com.
• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, I recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. Please also reach out to me with photos and your tracking number so I can assist you.

4. Custom Work

• I love working on custom designs! If you’d like something special made just for you, get in touch with me at contact@perabera.com with your idea, and we can work together to make it happen with contract work.
• Custom Orders are Final Sale: Since these items are created specifically for you, custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

5. Product Descriptions & Colors

• I do my best to display my products accurately, but please note that colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings. I cannot guarantee that the product you receive will look exactly like the one on your screen. I use digital files for viewing purposes. Please keep this in mind when receiving your physical products.

6. Privacy Policy

• I care about your privacy! Please take a moment to review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.
• I promise to never share your personal details or sell your data to anyone.

7. Order Cancellations

• Since I process orders quickly, I cannot cancel or change an order once it’s placed. Please be sure to double-check everything before completing your purchase! This includes using coupon codes or adding notes for peraperks.
