1. General

By using Perabera.com, you agree to the following terms.

2. Products & Orders

• All items are made to order and non-refundable, as they are verified for quality before shipping.
• If you receive an incorrect item, contact orders@perabera.com within 7 days of delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing time: 1-3 weeks before shipping.
• Perabera is not responsible for customs fees, VAT, or import duties.
• If your package is lost or damaged, contact the carrier first.

4. Intellectual Property & Design Usage

For Custom Design Work:

• Clients do not have permission to manipulate, edit, or modify Perabera’s designs without purchasing full design rights.
• Edits, format changes, or repurposing of designs require additional licensing or a separate agreement.
• Unauthorized alterations, reselling, or distribution of designs are strictly prohibited.

For Printables & Digital Downloads:

• Personal Use Only – Printables and digital items are for personal use and may not be resold, distributed, or altered for resale.
• Commercial Use: If you wish to use a design for business or resale, a separate commercial license must be purchased.
• Sharing digital files (free or paid) is not allowed.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for third-party service issues (e.g., payment processors, shipping delays).
• Perabera is not liable for loss of access to digital products due to personal device issues.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Chargebacks for completed and delivered design work will be considered fraudulent and reported.
• If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first at contact@perabera.com for resolution.
